We have an A/C system which was installed by Cyclone Plumbing and Heating five years ago. It never worked properly from the outset. My husband called Cyclone for two consecutive years, explaining the system wasn't cooling our rowhome sufficiently. Both visits, the service person came and reassured us that the system was fine after a cursory, exterior inspection of the unit. Neither time did they go downstairs to inspect the coolant lines. We didn't bother calling back the third year.When we were referred to Eduardo this year, he spoke with my husband, asked probing questions, and immediately went downstairs to check the lines. Within five minutes, he identified a damaged gasket. Therefore, for FIVE years, we'd been living with an A/C cooling system which had lost its refrigerant and which had initially been operating with a leak in the piston housing and a damaged gasket.Eduardo then proceeded to replace the gasket, purge and vacuum the system, and finally added 4.7lb of refrigerant.If you need a competent, experienced, and honest HVAC tech, you need look no further than Godinez Mechanical Systems.
